Dole Salad Packages Recalled for E-coli

To all my pre-packaged salad eating friends, Dole has recalled certain packages of their pre-packaged salad mixes that were distributed nationwide. Please check the label on your salad at home!

While you do that, think about buying your own leafy lettuce heads. It is much cheaper and a lot easier to keep fresh than you might think. Here's a few tips from yours truly on how to keep lettuce fresh.
